Adult Leisure Piano
This course is designed for all adult learners who have little or no musical background, and who have not previously explored in piano learning or who wish to be able to play the piano in a short period.The piano has provided society with over a hundred years of enjoyment and will do so for hundreds more. It’s not only an instrument; it’s a social communication tool and a brain exercise, as well. When adults are looking for a perfect way to keep their mind sharp, piano playing is the solution. It exercises several different parts of the mind and body, while providing them with years of musical enjoyment. Piano playing is a great brain food for adults and elders. It has the capability to keep their mental prowess in peak condition.
The aims and objective of designing this course for adult learners are as follows:

  • To develop independent coordination of hands through the instructions from the brain. This is one of the basic ways to keep one’s mind sharp.
  • To increase hearing awareness.
  • To provide another mental exercise through analyses a musical passages and learning the theory.
  • To increase social participation by present a performance to others.
  • To learn a proper piano playing by keeping the fingers nimble. It strengthens all the muscles of the hands, which helps in other lines of work.
  • Piano playing is great fun. It lets them create their own tune for the day of their life.
Flexible Adult Leisure Piano
This course is designed for all adult learners who have little or no musical background, and who have not previously explored in piano learning or who wish to be able to play the piano in a short period. It is specially designed for those working adults who are not able to attend regular weekly lessons.
The piano has provided society with over a hundred years of enjoyment and will do so for hundreds more. It’s not only an instrument; it’s a social communication tool and a brain exercise, as well. When adults are looking for a perfect way to keep their mind sharp, piano playing is the solution. It exercises several different parts of the mind and body, while providing them with years of musical enjoyment.  Piano playing is a great brain food for adults and elders. Classical Piano
This classical piano courses that conducted in school are adopted from the piano practical syllabus of The Associated Board of the Royal School of Music (ABRSM)and London College of Music Examinations (LCM), both from United Kingdom

Basically this course can be categorized to three stages, Preliminary Course, Graded Piano Course and Diplomas. At each stage, it carries the specific aims and objectives that provide students in developing their musical sense and enrich their curiosity of the magnificent world of music.

The aims and objectives of Preliminary Course:

  • To encourage the building of good musical and technical foundations before pupils enter for graded exams.
  • To develop the musicianship of pupils.
  • To built the basics musical perception of students.

The aims and objectives of Graded Piano Course:

  • Motivation and inspiration, working from a carefully structured syllabus towards a definite goal.
  • A measure of personal progress and attainment against internationally recognized benchmarks.
  • An objective guide to improve your musical skills.
  • Assessment by a respected and independent musician who has been highly trained and is constantly monitored.
  • Sympathetic encouragement

  • A real sense of achievement

Diplomas in Music Performance:

  • Provide an authoritative assessment framework for a wide range of musicians. For those are intending to pursue a career in music, are currently working as a professional and wish to broaden the qualifications, or are purely after the satisfaction of achieving a personal goal.
  • Diplomas stimulate enjoyment and achievement through the progressive acquisition of skills, knowledge and understanding.
  • At each level, a student will be assessed according to the overall quality of your performance, as well as your understanding of and sensitivity to the demands of different types of repertoire.
  • Performance skills covering a range of styles, including technical competence and musical understanding.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the repertoire performed, including its idiom, form, style and interpretation.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the instrument/voice, its idiom and repertoire.
  • Communication skills and ability to articulate knowledge and understanding through musical performance, orally and in writing.
  • Research skills.
  • Musical literacy and musicianship skills, including the ability to perform previously unseen music.

Kinder Piano
This course is set-up by our teachers from our music school. No examination required for this course.

It is specially designed for very young children to start their musical live. During the course, children will be explored to this instrument: how to hinder it and how does it produce the sound and etc. Children will have fun in this small group of music learning. They will be explored to the essential elements of music: sense of rhythms, listening skill, fingering movement, basic features of music and etc, during the course. Soon later the children can continue learning in following levels.

This course is designed for children without any music background. There are three levels in this course based on the age range of each child.

Age range: 4-6 years old
