Delete Your Account
Parents/guardians, teachers and staff can ask us to delete their FaSoSoLa Music School app account and related personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email fasosolams@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account.
- Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include your full name and, for parents, your child's name.
What happens next
- We will confirm your request and delete your account and personal data within 30 days.
- Some records (for example, payment or attendance records required for accounting or legal purposes) may be kept for as long as the law requires, and then deleted.
